We recommend replacing the filter every 3-6 months. However, you may need to change your filters sooner or later depending on use frequency and air quality. If you have any questions about our air purifier or filter replacement process, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
How to Replace Filters: remove the plastic packaging from the new filter --- replace the filter --- restart the machine --- keep holding the power button --- until the filter replacement indicator disappears --- done!
